This new IHOP is close to the house but something always happens. Either there's not enough servers or they mess up the order or both. I guess next time we'll just drive the extra two miles to go to the one at 31st and memorial.
Been to this location many times, but today 1-12-24 my family and I were there and this guys who told us he worked previously in the kitchen was our waiter, I didn't get his name but he was super helpful, really nice, and had excellent costumer service, this is just so that management (hopefully)knows he's doing a great job.

They were out of decaf coffee at 11am, out of lemons & gluten free pancakes/waffles. The waitress didn't seem bothered by this. Might need some new management. Wait staff was good at delivering food and food was tasty, but environment did not look like the usual Ihop decor.
