“I would love to share my experience at this eccentric atmospheric✨ store. When Joseph i think he maybe team lead, absolute sweetheart; took my #5 double bacon🥓smash order with such respect and kindness. Then, I think I saw a really beautiful lady in drive through that i saw looked very sincere; she looked like a dear friend of mine Jacqueline but I think her actually name tag had a starting of D so hopefully I'm giving the right direction to the right lady ❤. She sounded very sweet when talking to the drive through customers. My total experience with Joseph can be summed up as damn was absolutely perfect and the way he speaks to other employees shows not only is he respected but he is also WELL TAKEN CARE OF and also the LOVELY LADY D that I mentioned earlier 😊. The food I i got to taste was a 5 star yes it maybe fast food but the way it gave a truly 5 star resturant was definitely an experience everyone should feel at a fast food restaurant🥰. That pretty much sums up my entire experience. I forgot to mention the store was SPOTLESS, not a spot and not a thing out of place; the womans bathroom was clean enough to make me comfortable so thank you to whomever did it. “Just went through the drive through and for only 30 bucks got 2 large meals and milkshakes! Great proces but above all else the service was amazing. I have never been through a drive through that felt like family on the other end. The service was so exceptional I cant compare it to any other fast food place. Thank you ladies!!!!“

Vieri is always kind and quick when I go in.
Today, one of the cooks (Eric) noticed my patience standing in line while the store was behind, and went ahead and dropped my order and handed a drink cup while I was waiting. The man then made the dopest smash burger — artisan crafted — I’ve ever had at a Jack’s.
