Overall not a bad place to eat, but not worth the money or time. They fail to mention anywhere on the menu that fries come with your order, or that there's a service charge for using the kiosks to order, and we had to wait 25 minutes just for burgers and fries. The burgers are ok, but at $15 each you'd expect better quality than McDonald's. Unless you're absolutely starving just wait to eat until you leave the zoo.

Atmosphere - too crowded for my taste.
All in all, it was ok, way too pricey for what you get.
But then again, look where I'm at
Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to dairy and the chef and crew were so kind and considerate about making my food without any diary when I asked for no butter on my sandwich bread. The chef even double checked the ingredients in the bread to make sure there was no milk without me even having to ask first. I truly appreciated the kindness and ingredient knowledge the staff had for my restrictions.
