Subway in Tulsa

“Place was absolutely slammed, 2 employees; they were killing it. Kind and quick, one of them clearly newer but they were supporting each other and keeping a great attitude. Then I get to the register, look up and see a sign that says “Attention if you have time to lean you have time to clean” the amount of disrespect these awesome employees are having to deal with, and the owner is making them explain to college students they don’t take subway coupons. I bet turn over is INSANE. 1 star for management, 5 stars for staff.“

“Had the garlic steak sub absolutely delicious was hot and done just right and even though it was kind of busy when I went in and they only had one employee she was still keeping up and getting it done in a timely fashion it was a good experience all around and yes I would return“

“Parking: Subway is inside a convenience store, so even with plenty of parking, if you visit while the store is extremely busy, you might have to park at a gas pump or on the street.

“I like how attentive to detail they were when they made the subs I was ordering. Two of the subs were for my coworkers and I felt like I was being too fussy but they made them exactly as I asked and did it with smiles on their faces. The whole place including the restroom was clean. The clerks didn't just say Welcome In but really made me feel welcome the whole time I was there. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, everyone there had a good attitude.“

“I would like to take a moment and say how impressed I am with this Subway. Yesterday we went in hopes of this time a Subway will have enough of what we like to eat, and they did! And the food was made right! And the staff did NOT look to be strung out on drugs! So today we went back for more sandwiches because they are delicious. “I didn't catch his name but the guy working the counter was so sweet, attentive, and made sure my order was not just correct but extra fresh down to getting me fresh cut tomato for my sandwich. He deserves recognition from his supereriors.“

“This place is well-staff and service is great. No need to wait around during the noon hour for someone to take and fill your order. Highly recommended. Call ahead and your order will be ready by the time you get there. Orders are placed on a stand as you come in the door.“

“Very clean and very friendly staff. Haven’t been to subway in over 2 years. I had the Baja steak & jack wrap on tomato basil wrap and that was the best wrap I’ve ever had. Thank you here guava Lemonade is amazing as well. My husband got rotisserie chicken sub and he said it was really good. We also got some yummy oatmeal raisin and raspberry cookies which both were good.“

“This is the only subway location I visit in the tulsa metro area. I love that this is a family run business. They know their customers and interact with them as if they are friends. They say welcome in our hello when you come in and goodbye or thank you for coming when you leave. I love this added personal touch. The food is great.“

“You can make a sandwich anywhere. But let me tell you Ashley sure can build one heck of a sandwich! First off when we walked in he greeted us cheerfully, the music was great and the restaurant was probably the cleanest subway I've ever been in. I've struggled to find a sub I liked since the old teriyaki sauce got changed so I asked him about the hot honey. He said it was his new favorite and I told him to make it how he would eat it. It was the bomb! It's rare to find people in food service that actually care about their job, id definitely say He directly made our experience great!“

“Store is understaffed but they are good people who really do the best they are able to do. The equipment needs updating and toaster kept breaking on the staff until they unplugged it. They seemed to be out of several products but offered substitute items quickly.“

“This is one of the cleanest Subways I've been to in Tulsa. The service was phenomenal considering there was only one person maintaining everything. The bread was fresh, I could taste the seasonings, and the veggie proportions was on point on the two sandwiches I purchased.“

“Dear corporate I hope you read these. The guy and gal that were running the gilcrease museum drive store in Tulsa at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday July 2nd. Very efficient, store was very clean and stocked, I was in and out with my two foot-longs in 9 minutes with four other customers. I wish all my experiences at Subway were like this!“

“I eat at Subway pretty often, but had never been to this location. Everything about this store made it a really pleasant experience; the employees were all so kind and respectful, the store was clean and comfortable and the food was fresh and made with care.“

“The only reason I dont give this one a 5 is because rn there is a white lady that works there and she was complaining about a heavy workload to her coworker, a young black gentleman, who was doing prep work for the night shift. It was only me and one other person in the store and she was essentially trying to argue with her coworker in front if us making that experience awkward. I never have issues with the black gentleman either.“

“Victor was our Subway sandwich artist. He was by himself and he was professional and courteous. He got all our orders correct and had to deal with other online orders as well. He deserves a raise and employee of the month. Thank you Victor.“

“Awesome job Subway! Lots of veggies on my sub and salad was really heavy! I only have one complaint. From now on please put the dressing for the salad on the side. By the time I got to my salad it was drenched so much in dressing I couldn't eat it. But other than that awesome job!“

“I placed an order this evening for mobile pickup. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by this smiling young lady. Gave her my name, she grabbed my order and handed it to me with a smile. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies. As she was handing me my order, she explained that they had run out of chocolate chip cookies so she gave me 1 double chocolate and 5 chocolate chip cookies. I said no problem and thank you. She was smiling so big and just radiated joy. Very refreshing. When I got home I found my sandwich was made just the way I ordered it, I had 5 chocolate chip cookies and a double chocolate cookie. Now, just leaving the story there is great but it got a bit better. Not only was everything made right but she had included this little hand written note. What a great employee and a great human being. Whomever you were, thank you for your kindness. I SEE you!“

“I want to start by saying a couple days ago I came into your store to try out the new brisket sandwich. My sandwich was put together lazily, as are a majority of my subway experiences. So much so, my sandwich was even dropped in the toaster and they scooped it back up and put it back on the bread, laughed and said “oops!” That moment was going to be my last stepping into your doors.“

“While traveling through Tulsa, we stopped for lunch at this location. The restaurant was clean and food choices plentiful. The two men working, Matthew and Perry, provided superb service! They were friendly and smiling while efficiently preparing our protein bowl meal deal which was slightly specialized. We paid for double meat and asked it to be in a separate bowl so we could chop the greens and veggies before mixing with the chicken.. To top it off the wonderful overhead music was Christian based. I hope this location continues operating in this manner for many many years to come. As we all now know too many small businesses were forced to close due to a 3-year cold virus.“
