Subway in Tulsa

“Place was absolutely slammed, 2 employees; they were killing it. Kind and quick, one of them clearly newer but they were supporting each other and keeping a great attitude. Then I get to the register, look up and see a sign that says “Attention if you have time to lean you have time to clean” the amount of disrespect these awesome employees are having to deal with, and the owner is making them explain to college students they don’t take subway coupons. I bet turn over is INSANE. 1 star for management, 5 stars for staff.“

“I would like to take a moment and say how impressed I am with this Subway. Yesterday we went in hopes of this time a Subway will have enough of what we like to eat, and they did! And the food was made right! And the staff did NOT look to be strung out on drugs! So today we went back for more sandwiches because they are delicious. This location has my business and I am so happy to be able once again to eat Subway.“

“I like how attentive to detail they were when they made the subs I was ordering. Two of the subs were for my coworkers and I felt like I was being too fussy but they made them exactly as I asked and did it with smiles on their faces. The whole place including the restroom was clean. The clerks didn't just say Welcome In but really made me feel welcome the whole time I was there. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, everyone there had a good attitude.“

“Parking: Subway is inside a convenience store, so even with plenty of parking, if you visit while the store is extremely busy, you might have to park at a gas pump or on the street.

“I've eaten at subway for years never have I ever had an experience like this store provides, my delivery orders have been terrible on three separate occasions months apart . they have delivered my orders that are clearly made buy children in hand cuffs hanging upside down, because the ther is no way an adult with common sense making these sandwiches. instead of making the sandwich I ordered they send the sandwiches they wanted me to have . And when I to complain no one answers the phone . Close the store down at this point , hire new staff .
Why was the sandwich salty? And the 5 star is just so the comment can be viewed at the top“

“Awesome job Subway! Lots of veggies on my sub and salad was really heavy! I only have one complaint. From now on please put the dressing for the salad on the side. By the time I got to my salad it was drenched so much in dressing I couldn't eat it. But other than that awesome job!“

“Y'all! Even though they were swamped with online, app orders, drive thru and the people inside, the gentleman were very patient and kind with me and one another. Didn't catch their names or I'd shout them out. It was the 31st and 169 location in East Tulsa.“

“Often busy staff is usually really good, one of the few places with the subway pizza and they have veggie patties which is rare
Dining area is small so I prefer take out

“I went in on 10/2/24 about 4pm. There were 2 young men working inside. They were both so nice and accommodating to my daughter's and I. They made sure our sandwiches were perfect even though the toaster oven was not operating. The owner Rico Porter should give those men a raise!“

“I like this subway they are the only ones who will take coupons the food is good the services was good yesterday 12/3/24 but went in today for lunch about 10:30 the girl making the sandwichs had a addatud i don't get why people get jobs like this & don't really want to deal with people but over all the food was good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Dear corporate I hope you read these. The guy and gal that were running the gilcrease museum drive store in Tulsa at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday July 2nd. Very efficient, store was very clean and stocked, I was in and out with my two foot-longs in 9 minutes with four other customers. I wish all my experiences at Subway were like this!“

“Store is understaffed but they are good people who really do the best they are able to do. The equipment needs updating and toaster kept breaking on the staff until they unplugged it. They seemed to be out of several products but offered substitute items quickly.“

“This was my second visit to the Subway located inside the Best Western Airport, and I will very much go there again. The food was fresh and tasty, the young lady working there was polite, patient, and efficient, and the store was spotless and inviting.“

Vegetarian options: I really think it's great for and food stores that make cold cuts or hot sandwiches ,give other people that don't eat meat has a chose as while that's beautiful

Parking: When I go I love going around 6pm sometimes a little early but I always have a parking spot when I pull up

“Man when I tell y’all this is the BEST subway in Tulsa!!! I haven’t been to subway in a minute because no matter where I went (all the Owasso locations and a few other Tulsa locations) the service was no good they’re just throwing the toppings on there any which way. Half the sandwich had lettuce half didn’t. But my man wanted subway so I said okay I’ll give this one a shot. This one is the ONLY one I’ll go to now! Very clean. And the ladies behind the counter were so, so nice. Put the sandwich together with care and they were so kind and patient with all guests. I’m loyal to this location now“

“Everything was fresh. The guy was very nice and quick. I would go back. The oatmeal raisin cookies were fabulous.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and safe area to be in.

Wheelchair accessibility: The floor is a flat surface. So very easy.“

“Very clean and very friendly staff. Haven’t been to subway in over 2 years. I had the Baja steak & jack wrap on tomato basil wrap and that was the best wrap I’ve ever had. Thank you here guava Lemonade is amazing as well. My husband got rotisserie chicken sub and he said it was really good. We also got some yummy oatmeal raisin and raspberry cookies which both were good.“

“This place is well-staff and service is great. No need to wait around during the noon hour for someone to take and fill your order. Highly recommended. Call ahead and your order will be ready by the time you get there. Orders are placed on a stand as you come in the door.“

“The assistant manager, Jordan, helped me today and he was amazing. He gave me eye contact & made sure my sandwich was a fresh as it could be. I could tell he has great work ethic which is so rare these days. Thanks Jordan for a great Subway experience!“

“I haven't been to Subway in a long time, but a friend asked me to pick up a sandwich near St. Francis hospital. It's kind of deep into the Southwest shopping center, but I found it and I was impressed with the staff and the preparation of the sandwich. Everything looked fresh. “While traveling through Tulsa, we stopped for lunch at this location. The restaurant was clean and food choices plentiful. The two men working, Matthew and Perry, provided superb service! They were friendly and smiling while efficiently preparing our protein bowl meal deal which was slightly specialized. We paid for double meat and asked it to be in a separate bowl so we could chop the greens and veggies before mixing with the chicken.. To top it off the wonderful overhead music was Christian based. I hope this location continues operating in this manner for many many years to come. As we all now know too many small businesses were forced to close due to a 3-year cold virus.“
