“I would like to take a moment and say how impressed I am with this Subway. Yesterday we went in hopes of this time a Subway will have enough of what we like to eat, and they did! And the food was made right! And the staff did NOT look to be strung out on drugs! So today we went back for more sandwiches because they are delicious. This location has my business and I am so happy to be able once again to eat Subway.“
“I like how attentive to detail they were when they made the subs I was ordering. Two of the subs were for my coworkers and I felt like I was being too fussy but they made them exactly as I asked and did it with smiles on their faces. The whole place including the restroom was clean. The clerks didn't just say Welcome In but really made me feel welcome the whole time I was there. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, everyone there had a good attitude.“
“Parking: Subway is inside a convenience store, so even with plenty of parking, if you visit while the store is extremely busy, you might have to park at a gas pump or on the street.

“I went in on 10/2/24 about 4pm. There were 2 young men working inside. They were both so nice and accommodating to my daughter's and I. They made sure our sandwiches were perfect even though the toaster oven was not operating. The owner Rico Porter should give those men a raise!“
“Dear corporate I hope you read these. The guy and gal that were running the gilcrease museum drive store in Tulsa at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday July 2nd. Very efficient, store was very clean and stocked, I was in and out with my two foot-longs in 9 minutes with four other customers. I wish all my experiences at Subway were like this!“
“Store is understaffed but they are good people who really do the best they are able to do. The equipment needs updating and toaster kept breaking on the staff until they unplugged it. They seemed to be out of several products but offered substitute items quickly.“

“Man when I tell y’all this is the BEST subway in Tulsa!!! I haven’t been to subway in a minute because no matter where I went (all the Owasso locations and a few other Tulsa locations) the service was no good they’re just throwing the toppings on there any which way. Half the sandwich had lettuce half didn’t. But my man wanted subway so I said okay I’ll give this one a shot. This one is the ONLY one I’ll go to now! Very clean. And the ladies behind the counter were so, so nice. Put the sandwich together with care and they were so kind and patient with all guests. I’m loyal to this location now“

So much so, my sandwich was even dropped in the toaster and they scooped it back up and put it back on the bread, laughed and said “oops!” That moment was going to be my last stepping into your doors.“
“While traveling through Tulsa, we stopped for lunch at this location. The restaurant was clean and food choices plentiful. The two men working, Matthew and Perry, provided superb service! They were friendly and smiling while efficiently preparing our protein bowl meal deal which was slightly specialized. We paid for double meat and asked it to be in a separate bowl so we could chop the greens and veggies before mixing with the chicken.. To top it off the wonderful overhead music was Christian based. I hope this location continues operating in this manner for many many years to come. As we all now know too many small businesses were forced to close due to a 3-year cold virus.“
“Place was absolutely slammed, 2 employees; they were killing it. Kind and quick, one of them clearly newer but they were supporting each other and keeping a great attitude. Then I get to the register, look up and see a sign that says “Attention if you have time to lean you have time to clean” the amount of disrespect these awesome employees are having to deal with, and the owner is making them explain to college students they don’t take subway coupons. I bet turn over is INSANE. 1 star for management, 5 stars for staff.“
