“I like how attentive to detail they were when they made the subs I was ordering. Two of the subs were for my coworkers and I felt like I was being too fussy but they made them exactly as I asked and did it with smiles on their faces. The whole place including the restroom was clean. The clerks didn't just say Welcome In but really made me feel welcome the whole time I was there. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, everyone there had a good attitude.“
“I came here a few days after trying the nearby Jimmy John because I needed to find a place that knew how to make a sandwich right and this place delivered on that. My son is pretty picky with his sandwiches, but you guys made it to perfection and he devoured it right when I got home. I will be staying away from that Jimmy John to eat here instead!“

“I've been going into the 81st and Lewis / City Plex location every Thursday for the past 7-8 months. It's become a ritual and my favorite part of my weekly appointments in the building. I worked in club/restaurant management for 20+ years and I am consistently impressed with this store. The staff is always happy, friendly and moving with a purpose but never appear panicked. The delicious food is always well prepared with fresh ingredients in an amazingly clean kitchen. The dining area is always spotless...Even the floor drain under the ice machine appears clean enough to drink from. I usually go in during morning hours, but have been in a few times in the late afternoon with the same perfect results. I often recommend this restaurant to others who I encounter in the building and I strongly encourage Subway to look at this location as an example for other locations to follow.

“Dear corporate I hope you read these. The guy and gal that were running the gilcrease museum drive store in Tulsa at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday July 2nd. Very efficient, store was very clean and stocked, I was in and out with my two foot-longs in 9 minutes with four other customers. I wish all my experiences at Subway were like this!“

“I placed an order this evening for mobile pickup. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by this smiling young lady. Gave her my name, she grabbed my order and handed it to me with a smile. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies. As she was handing me my order, she explained that they had run out of chocolate chip cookies so she gave me 1 double chocolate and 5 chocolate chip cookies. I said no problem and thank you. She was smiling so big and just radiated joy. Very refreshing. When I got home I found my sandwich was made just the way I ordered it, I had 5 chocolate chip cookies and a double chocolate cookie. Now, just leaving the story there is great but it got a bit better. Not only was everything made right but she had included this little hand written note. What a great employee and a great human being. Whomever you were, thank you for your kindness. I SEE you!“

So much so, my sandwich was even dropped in the toaster and they scooped it back up and put it back on the bread, laughed and said “oops!” That moment was going to be my last stepping into your doors.“
“While traveling through Tulsa, we stopped for lunch at this location. The restaurant was clean and food choices plentiful. The two men working, Matthew and Perry, provided superb service! They were friendly and smiling while efficiently preparing our protein bowl meal deal which was slightly specialized. We paid for double meat and asked it to be in a separate bowl so we could chop the greens and veggies before mixing with the chicken.. To top it off the wonderful overhead music was Christian based. I hope this location continues operating in this manner for many many years to come. As we all now know too many small businesses were forced to close due to a 3-year cold virus.“
“I don’t typically write reviews but I had to today. I had the best experience I have ever had at a subway (and I really love subway). Leisa and Madison were just so kind and had wonderful customer service. I can really tell that Leisa takes pride in her work. Usually when I go to other subways you can tell that the workers are just trying to throw your sandwich together and get you out of there as fast as they can. Not Leisa, she is the true definition of a “sandwich artist”. She made sure that our subs were put together with such detail. She even cut my cucumbers into quarters. We left saying that this is our new subway location every week. Those girls deserve all the praise and a raise.“
