I work nights. So one morning when I left work I was dream'n of huevos rancheros. Google it and only place open was across town. Best breakfast I've had in awhile. Super nice employee and excellent service.
Be sure to try the Turkey Tail!It is all about the sauce. The enchilada sauce at Mamà Lencha’s is some of the best in Tulsa. I occasionally make my own red sauce from scratch. I have a good idea of the work involved and what is good and what is not. Mamà Lencha’s red sauce is superior perfection! I'm a painter running back and forth, I've recently being stopping here to go home with a warm meal , so far I've gotten more then expected, every single spice has always been on point . The meat so tender, the veggies right on point as well . I'll be coming back ?
