Chuckwagon Bar-B-Que & Grill in Velma offers a nice variety of BBQ, Mexican, and steak dishes. Customers order at the counter where menus are available. The shrimp, beef, and pork rib fajitas are awesome, especially the pork ribs. The heavily smoked ribs and fall-apart brisket are favorites, along with the ribeye tacos. The barbecue sauce has a hot, sweet, Mexican flair, and the salsa is outrageously good. Sides like okra and refried beans are tasty, and the Ice-T is of high quality. A great spot for lunch or dinner.
