It won't be on par with a gormet Chinese restaurant but it is on par with Panda Express (probably a little better actually) and other takeout places like that and their prices are more competitive here. I would recommend giving them a shot. They do a good job providing a decent meal at a good price.“

I have no idea how the American menu tastes but if it's as good as the Chuan menu then you will be more than happy. They are the first OKC restaurant I've found that has scallion pancakes and their dumplings in chili sauce is ahhhhmazing!. EVERYTHING I've had is just so full of flavor on so many levels. “I thoroughly enjoyed lunch at King Wok, located at 3616 NW 23rd St. This hidden gem serves delicious Chinese cuisine at an unbeatable value. I opted for the Sesame Chicken/Honey Chicken combo, which came with rice, an egg roll, and a can of soda - all for just $9.76. The food was outstanding, with generous portions and flavorful dishes.

The service was efficient, and the staff friendly. I highly recommend King Wok to anyone craving authentic Chinese food without breaking the bank. I'll definitely be back! King Wok has earned a well-deserved 5/5 stars.

I ordered sesame chicken with steamed rice legit enough food for two hungry adult. Rice was a touch dry but not the worst I've had.

“OMG, yes! Definitely support this place. The food is Yummy, price is more than reasonable, you get ALOT for what you pay for. It is cash only and drive thru only. But you can also call and place an order ahead, then just pick up through the window. Usually, there is no line. I had the pork lo mein and the szechwan shrimp house special, which comes with the szechwan shrimp plus egg drop soup, fried rice, an egg roll, and two fried shrimps. If you're short on time and cash, this place is worth it. 🤩“

Turned out to be much more of an original recipe than something like Great Wall or Panda Express, personally I prefer He Rui. They keep it quiet inside, take your order then you can sit at one of their seats, I found it calming. All in all, I recommend this place.“

“I love this place! The food is always hot. The vegetables are always fresh and crispy. There is not too much breading, and the chicken is not chewy like some other chinese places. Also the crab rangoons taste homemade! I've gotten orange chicken, triple delight, general tsao's chicken, moo goo gai pan, and of course, sesame chicken. It has all been delicious! My favorite thing about this restaurant is that when you upgrade to fried rice, it actually has peas, carrots, and onion in it which is super important to me. Too many chinese places give you white rice put in a wok with a tiny bit of oil and soy sauce, and to me that is unacceptable. “THIS PLACE, is great. It’s fast, it’s fresh, it’s old school 20th century quick service American style. Everything is wok fried or crispy fried. It’s all made from to order. None of their crispy products are frozen. The shrimp was tender and butterflied (clean!). Egg rolls look too perfect to be hand rolled but it’s just evidence of mastery. They are the variety with crunchy cabbage, veg, and black pepper pork, perfection. 2 for $5?? I’m never stopping for a budget lunch at a drive thru or oncue again.

They had NO problem throwing a big spoonful of chili into my food. I expected it to be paper and plastic 100% but they serve on porcelain w/ cutlery. That’s a huge bonus for this type of cuisine. “Love this place. Lots of vegan options. Lots of flavor. We usually get mapo tofu, kung pao tofu. They also have salt and pepper tofu, sesame tofu, and many other vegan dishes. The scallion pancake, cucumber salad, fried spring roll and sesame balls are also delicious dishes that we frequently get. The prices are great too! Lunch special filled us up for $11 each plus we had leftovers to take home. The restaurant is always very clean and a lovely atmosphere.“

“We went on Christmas Day. They were packed but seated us fairly quickly actually. Food was amazing. Keep in mind this is family dining and the portions are enormous and meant to share. Very reasonably priced. Five entrees with appetizers and drinks was $100 and we definitely left with more in our to go boxes than we ate. Money well spent! As busy as they were, the staff were so so great and quick to refill drinks. 10/10 recommend!“

“This is a good spot for carryout. It's fairly typical American Chinese style fare, but they do have some more traditionally inspired Chinese dishes. I would always recommend going with fresh food over fried stuff, and they have a good selection here. The hot and sour soup was really good as was the chicken with veggies that I ordered. The sauce was flavorful, slightly sweet, garlicky, and soy sauce based. Price was fine. If you are planning to dine in, the atmosphere is a little bland and the place is super small. I would definitely recommend carryout. 7.7/10“
