Everything was delicious order was ready on time
Love the new app ordering as we usually order big family orders. This means no waiting when we come to order or pick up our food.
Honestly thought I'd try again since it's so hyped about being really good hot food with new owners. Still getting the same terrible food. Only reason its not a 1 star is because the rolls and tea were actually pretty good.

Chicken Express is a decent option for a quick meal. While some dishes may not meet expectations, such as stale biscuits and unusual-tasting mashed potatoes, the tenders are a highlight. Service is generally quick, with some reviewers experiencing short wait times. Food is often hot and fresh, although the chicken may be a bit overcooked. The restaurant offers a clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the excellent service and hospitality, along with the cleanliness of the environment. The food is consistently fresh, and staff members are kind and polite. The large family meals are a great choice for feeding bigger groups, with super friendly and fast service. The chicken livers are cooked just the way some customers like, and the coleslaw receives high praise. Overall, Chicken Express remains a reliable place for a quick, tasty meal with attentive staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
