“This is a typical Wendy’s restaurant per its template. The burger combos I ordered came as requested but the order taker had trouble understanding Canadian English unfortunately. I had to clearly repeat the order 4 times to ensure it was entered correctly. I was patient but the communications issue does back up the customer ordering at the counter. Apart from that everything was fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: The manager must ensure that the door switches actually work on a daily basis. One of them didn’t work and I had trouble managing it.“
