Drive thru took absolutely forever. Staff were not super friendly with customers and could be seen laughing and joking instead of working keeping the line moving
I only use the drive through and the staff is efficient and friendly

Wendy's provides a consistently pleasant dining experience, especially after a recent renovation that enhances the ambiance. Customers enjoy their salads, such as the Cobb salad and Taco Salad, for their freshness and quality. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with team members like Sharlene and Michael noted for their helpfulness and professionalism. Service is supportive, ensuring a smooth experience even during busy times. The restaurant offers vegetarian options, a large parking lot, and wheelchair accessibility, making it easy for all visitors to enjoy their meal. Many customers appreciate the value deals like the pick 2 for $4 breakfast, which includes options like sausage biscuits with french toast sticks. The Baconator is highlighted as a great choice with 2 patties and cheese, especially for those who prefer no condiments. Wendy's also provides free beverages for seniors and offers food at reasonable prices, with the ability to collect points via their app for free items and special offers. However, some recent experiences mention that orders can sometimes be incorrect, and while food quality remains high, prices are not cheap. Overall, Wendy's continues to be a popular spot for quick, friendly service and good value.
