Wendy's in Whitby

“Great quality food , service is passable but really by a very little. The girls at the cash often feel like they do not want to be there . And I had an experienced where one of them made a mistake on my order and that is fine mistakes happen but when I told her that was not what I ordered she was not nice or apologetic at all instead she was arguing saying that was what I ordered. I always order the same thing and simply did not make a fuss about it , I simply reordered what I wanted . I really did not make a scene I just wanted what I ordered. But there was no reason to be so rude to me … So next time just apologize and remember to be nice to people it is your job after all!“

“I just went through the drive thru, but the quality and service beats any other Wendy's (including going inside and eating) I've been too!

Surprisingly super hot (even the staff told me inadvance) and amazingly quality food. As well as, friendly but not fake service staff, even on the coms for the drive through!

It was late in the day and the fast food service will always be tiring, so I was pleasantly surprised that the staff were being nice, but not overall faking how much energy they really had.“

“This happend on july 22nd
Orderd a chicken sandwich but I dident know it changed to halal meat and it tasted augful. The texture and the meat itself was bad.
The manager was very understanding about it and apologize profusely (alot) and gave us a refund for it and agreed the chicken wasn't the same anymore. She was very nice and the customer service overall was very good just like most wendys I go to. Keep up the good work.
Edit: she also offerd a diffrint sandwich and a free frosty too, very nice :)“
