Great young staff, older manager very belittleing on staff in front of customers.
This happend on july 22nd
Orderd a chicken sandwich but I dident know it changed to halal meat and it tasted augful. The texture and the meat itself was bad.
The manager was very understanding about it and apologize profusely (alot) and gave us a refund for it and agreed the chicken wasn't the same anymore. She was very nice and the customer service overall was very good just like most wendys I go to. Keep up the good work.
Edit: she also offerd a diffrint sandwich and...read full review

Ordered food from kiosk. No other customers. Took over 10 min to receive order. There was confusion on how to make my simple drink. Manager couldn’t read screen because he didn’t have his glasses. Just a weird vibe there.

Wendy's is a restaurant with a mix of positive and negative aspects. The food quality is good, fresh, and tasty, with ingredients that taste less processed than McDonald's. Customers love the legendary Baconator and Chocolate Frosty, as well as the classic Chicken Sandwich. The staff is friendly and very kind, with amazing service and quick food preparation. The drive-thru wait keeps it feeling like fast food, and the inside is always clean when visited. However, there have been issues with missing items in orders and concerns about cleanliness, including flies in the food area. The place can get a little crowded, but the line is usually short. Vegetarian options are almost none unless requested, but it is very kid-friendly. Overall, Wendy's is recommended for its good food quality, but customers may want to double-check their orders.
