I stopped by here yesterday afternoon (Sept 7 around 4:10 PM) for a Tims coffee and a quick bite during a long drive home. It was my first time trying their hamburger, so I intentionally ordered the cheapest item on the menu to give it a try.

The staff was really rude please learn some costumer service skills
They do not recognize online mobile orders until you get there and you often need to wait another 10 minutes to get it. Ordered via app thrice and all three times had me spend 10+ minutes waiting for my food.
