“I cannot recommend Mac & Wings Alliston enough! We went in and spent nearly $100 on food for the family and kids, but when we got home, I realized I had made a mistake on my order. I accidentally ordered the chicken parm garlic thinking it was garlic parm.
I went back in to sort it out, and the customer service was truly next level. MJ was incredible to deal with and so understanding. Even though it was completely my mistake and I offered to pay for the correct item, they went ahead and replaced it for us anyway.
They have been nothing short of amazing and friendly ever since the day they opened (and you bet we were there on opening day!). It's great customer service like this that keeps us coming back time and time again! we've been loyal customers for our last 5 visits and will definitely be back again soon. Thank you, MJ and team!“
