“service was absolutely terrible, only a few tables occupied inside and a couple outside, one server, drink and food orders took forever, 45 minutes to get our food after a lengthy amount of time for her to finally come and take our orders owners were there but were not concerned with the service or complaints from other tables“

“EDIT: The store manager contacted me after leaving this review and remediated the situation. He offered me 2 bowls for free as he reviewed the security camera footage and did find there were mistakes in our order. He let me know that the employee that had made the mistakes was placed back into training to ensure it doesn't happen again. He was very kind and worked very quickly to take care of the mistakes made.Really not impressed. Ordered 2 bowls both with falafels, which I paid an extra $5 for. Got home and found the bowls were half the size the should be, missing ingredients and I got 1 falafel in each bowl…. So I paid over $30 for half the amount of food I should have gotten, and when I add up what my total should have been I was overcharged. Normally love freshii but I am really unimpressed with this.“
