Conveniently located in a beautiful area of the Kawartha Highlands. The owners/staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The down-to-earth rooms are simple and comfortable as well as properly equipped with air conditioning, fridge, tv, fast internet, and clean bathroom. The property behind the inn that leads down to the river is very peaceful and contains beautiful trees and cute frogs. The diner is tasty and affordable as well. Excellent price and experience!
A comfortable clean place to sleep. My only worry was the shower didn't have any anti-slip strips. Needed my extention cord for my apap. I was a nice place to rest while visiting family.
The rooms are simple and dated, but very clean. The walls are thin and the bed isn’t the most comfortable, but the location was perfect for a stay the day before an adventure on Anstruther lake in the Kawartha Highlands provincial park. Breakfast was delicious and a great value. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made sure we were well taken care of. Very friendly. Thank you very much for our last-minute and late night stay at your hotel!
