After finishing the 16km trail at Silent Lake, my husband and I stopped at Swiss Bear Cafe Bistro for lunch, and we are so happy we did! We both ordered schnitzel sandwiches with a large fries to share to dine in, and we were shocked how quickly the food was prepared and even more floored with how scrumptious every bite was! Wow! A diamond in the woods! Wonderful family run restaurant! Great food and big portions!We had their pierogies as an appetizer!Wow so tasty and love the sweet apple compost with these! A fresh change to a classic! They also come with fried onions and sour cream for those who like those too.The schnitzel and poutine were amazing!
