New guy needs atleast 80 hours more training. Don't let him take phone orders and if he's not up to speed dont let him make the food either. He completely butchered my order today and it took nearly 20mins. The place wasn't even busy. Usually like come here.
The short older gray haired woman should not be working there. It's obvious she hates her job and dealing with people. Walk out and go next door to subway if she is there and going to make your pita!
