If I could give Tim Hortons at this ZERO STARS, I would! My recent visit was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The staff were some of the most uncooperative people I’ve ever encountered. Not only were they rude, but they also seemed completely uninterested in actually helping customers.
As a REGULAR CUSTOMER, I face these issues every single timeI visit. I clearly gave simple instructions for my order, but they somehow managed to ignore every single one of them....read full review
Owner is awful to deal with, doesn’t listen to customers, does not deal with issues in a professional manner, is rude to customers and her staff
Drive thur ordering staff do not take the time to listen to your order. They make up their own orders and get mad when you say no that’s not right, shouldn’t have to repeat 3x to still not get what was ordered.
Window staff is what is saving that place. If not for them I would never go back
Lydia is absolutely disgusting. She threatened us after we complained about the quality of their food. I have contacted head office and will be escalating this matter to the proper authorities.
