“Love Arby's. We were in sudbury for a soccer game, and really like the orillia location. Beef and cheddar is hard to beat. This location was ok, but not perfect. We had to look to find a clean (ish) table. We had a couple minutes of standing at the till before anyone acknowledged us. Food came out fast. Curly fries were brilliant as usual. Everything was hot as expected. My daughters sandwich was a hot mess... I know that its not a perfect sandwich for keeping it neat, but this seemed like it was assembled from a distance.. Still, flavour, quantity and quickness were all as expected.“

“I order from here a lot while being in town for work. Never disappointed with the food quality. Always delivered on time or early. Food is always hot when it arrives. They take care of me being a loyal repeat customer. I highly recommend the Chicken Alfredo Pasta 👌. Absolutely amazing!

“I have a 12-month-old daughter, and her and I go out she likes just an egg. I asked A&W if I can just get an egg on the side from one of the sandwiches. Although they said they couldn't give me just a side order of an egg, which is unfortunate.
Update: originally I gave this review a one star because of the employees’ lack of initiative. Today I am changing it to five due to the fact that the next day a manager from the restaurant called me about the situation. He was very friendly. He explained that they should have carried out that request and he assured me that when we return they would be happy to accommodate our dietary restrictions ;)“

I especially want to recognize Loue, who was incredibly polite, helpful, and kind. Her friendly service made the visit even better. Thanks to Loue and the team for making it such a pleasant stop. Preparation was great, customer service on point. Manager should be proud of this employee.

“Ice cream and frozen treats are great, awesome ice cream cakes too. Their frozen treats are easily 4.5 stars, however, the hot food is more like a 2.5

The problem I have with their hot food, it's ungodly salty; and I'm a salt-feind. I find the fries and chicken strips difficult to eat because of how salty they are.

The burgers are also unfortunately on the bland-side. Very long waits overall, too, which kills my want to go in.“

“I called Dairy Queen in the south end. Wanted to get a birthday cake. That’s about all we can do during this pandemic. Is try to celebrate as best we can. The young man who answered was very short... not only short but told me I could just go through the drive through to get a birthday cake. And before I had a chance to say anything else he hung up abruptly. So, thank you to the Chelmsford location. Nadine was kind, polite, and very accommodating. I will be picking up the cake tomorrow. “Yesterday we went to KFC for dinner . We ordered 6 PC's chicken dinner we got two fries ,two salads and two drinks. The chicken was the best ever !!! Phoned to let them know how good it was. “We ordered late last night, around 10:30. Our food came quickly, and was absolutely fantastic. I've never had take out chicken that was still that super crispy after delivery, and the pizza was incredible, as was the cinnamon treat. The whole meal was perfect. Shout out to your late night staff working on May 9th!“

I love Harvey's and this location's my go-to in town. However, their unprofessionalism and disregard for safety tonight is making me consider changing to the LaSalle location.

I was in the drive-thru tonight and there were over 10 teenagers, fresh out from prom, who were congregated in the drive-thru, and apparently placed their orders. The employees didn't send them away and actually served them, so I had to be very careful since I was behind them. They were walking all around, going in the trees on the side, picking themselves up, taking selfies, etc.

It's a DRIVE-thru, not a WALK-thru. The fact that the employees took their orders and served them, then didn't even acknowledge it when I pulled in, was astonishing. What if something had happened and the truck ahead of them reversed by accident or I accidentally accelerated? It's not just about making money, it's about the safety of the drivers and especially the teenagers. We shouldn't be enabling this type of dangerous behaviour.“

“My wife and I went to A&W in Val Caron, I noticed the manager/operator was really on top of things, he conversed with the staff in a friendly manner. The order was taken and presented within two minutes. The food was hot and very good, all of the condiments were full and readily available. The tables and working surfaces were clean and in fact the operator asked an assistant to wipe the tables and condiment area. There was a queue of about eight customers and we were served in a very timely fashion. I sat facing the work area and noticed how efficient and concerned the operator was, with dealing with customers and staff. After I ate, I thought it would be a good idea to get his attention and commend him on his establishment, he asked if the food was good and was appreciative of my comments. I think we should tell people, when we have received good service in fast food or retail shops, not just when we complain. The fast food and retail industry can be hard, so a little praise can go a long way.“

“Despite the initial confusion with the closed sign, our experience at this Subway on New Year's was exceptional. The friendly lady working there provided outstanding customer service, taking our order even though they were technically closed. Her sweetness and willingness made it the best Subway store in town for us, ensuring our return in the future ?“

“I always receive a well made pizza, good service and fast! Truly no complaints. It’s toppers, and if you like their pizza this is a solid location to go to.

Ive never had any problems. Always have a nice cashier, and my food is always the typical toppers. Not burnt, under done, it’s just normal.

I love a classic pepperoni, and I’m a sucker for their bruschetta flatbread (I just add balsamic drizzle at home… so yummy)“
