Exceptionally poor customer service. This company sells two grinds of any particular coffee, one that will work in a reusable k-cup and one that won’t. The fun part is that they don’t tell you that anywhere on the bag. It’s an exciting discovery that you get to make when the Keurig makes a very loud noise. Any decent coffee that you get at the store comes in a standard grind for this exact reason, because it just works in ANY machine.
