“Stopped here after Bayfield location overcharged and messed up my coffee order again and again. Young man behind the counter with very friendly attitude took bad coffee back and made the correct one with an ease and smile despite the coffee came from different store. What an outstanding service and approach to solve a problem. BRAVO !!THANK YOU for exemplary service , and employees that care about providing great service to customers. The coffee he made was a perfection .Thank you again.“

“Today was pretty bad. I got my daughter a beacon chicken wrap that was not wrapped properly, soggy, beacon was not cooked and cold the crispy chicken tasted like rubber. Not to mention I waited 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru. What happened today??? Normally they are really good. Sad but going to drive to another Tim Hortons from now on.“
