First time visiting a health food store in Canada and was delightfully surprised! There were rows and rows of vegan options, especially the sweet treats. Very easily got lunch and dessert.
I was on the hunt for A2 milk and they have it! They also have a huge selection of milk and creamers. I love to shop here because they have items that sometimes you won’t find at your regular grocery. I always frequent the bakery because of their blueberry muffin. They are expensive I will admit since this is not your regular big box chain groceries but sometimes they have items on sale.
Too expensive. I'm from Toronto and shop at natural.food stores like Big Carrot. Same items were cheaper in Toronto ie soap, body wash, cereal, juice boxes,which was unexpected. However they had molasses cookies in the bakery section and they were so good. I'd return to buy those cookies even if they are 3.50 each which isn't actually too bad a price.
