It was very quiet here, I'm guessing they do more take outs than dine in. Restaurant is large in size, we ordered beef brisket to try and some buns
Basic flavours, basic size, basic service
I wouldn't recommend those buns ..I thought it said bbq pork bun but what I got was oily friend buns with some chilli pepper powder .. not sure if it was the right thing as there was no bbq pork inside and I didn't want to complain..I mean I did eat it

Five stars, Magical Taste of China provides excellent food and truly exceptional service. The staff is incredibly thoughtful, and I was especially touched by their kindness in offering me a complimentary drink on a hot day, which perfectly complemented the wonderful, family-oriented atmosphere.

My husband and I live close to this restaurant. So we decided to try it on our Anniversary. We went in looked at the menu and ordered 3 different dishes. We asked for dishes that weren’t too spicy. The total came to $72. We got home and right away were disappointed in the size of the take out containers, how small they were. One beef dish must have had 1 cup of dried chili pieces in it. It was so hot, we couldn’t eat it.
The other two dishes tasted bland and also had the dried chilies in them, but not quite as much. We won’t be going back. A waste of money.

First visit to Barrie using Go Weekend Pass. After a hot long walk along the waterfront we stumbled upon this Xinjiang resto.
We ordered Grill lamb with cumin, stir fry eggplants & Xinjiang fried rice. They are all so delicious 🤤!!
Washed it down with local Canadian 🇨🇦🍺 Molson.
Service was friendly and you can pay by card.
So lucky to try this resto being our only meal in Barrie.

Great food, absolutely love it

Green beans and chicken fried rice exceeded expectations! Cucumber salad was so refreshing, What a nice little surprise to find a delicious and authentic chinese restaurant in barrie! Immaculate service. (They also give plastic straws which is a HUGE thumbs up from someone who despises soggy paper in my mouth) Thank you Tracy for your amazing and knowledgeable service! We will be coming back❤

we Ordered Chicken Dumplings and they were so delicious, Soft and juicy.
I love them Whenever i come to Barrie i always try their Chicken Dumplings.
