Not real shawarma but it tastes ok. It works when I am in a rush. I don't like the way they carve the chicken off the spit and throw it on the flat top. Then they douse it with tons of water and fry it to speed up the cook. It tastes like boiled chicken and has a rubber texture. Other shawarma places follow a similar process, but they don't soak the chicken with water which help maintain the flavour.
