I piece of feedback— the employees who are doing paperwork are constantly taking up seats. Surely there’s somewhere else for them to sit? Normally wouldn’t be a problem, but there’s only 4-5 tables in the whole place. For the second time, I had to leave because the employee took the last seat from me. I won’t be back because of this. I’ll be at the one down the road.

I am not even sure where to start .... For a Starbucks, you would expect much of the same between locations. This is a different location and we will not be returning. It started off with trying to get into the lot and find parking - limited and frustrating. The kids wanted the new Snowman Cake pops only to learn they didn't have any left after our server went on a hunt. We were obviously not the priority for our drinks as they focused more on the drive-thru then our needs....

I come to this location a lot as I work in the Georgian mall, the staff are amazing and very caring about their customers. The only thing I don’t particularly like is the layout of the drive thru and the parking lot, however thats a city issue. I came to the drive thru the other day and the person who made my drink made it wrong but I told Or at the register and he was super kind and attentive and made me a new drink very quickly! He’s served me a few times and every time...
