Disappointed ok they were busy but when they take your name and people come in after you and give there name with no reservation you expect to get a table in the order you arrive not have two other couples get a table before you
We had a great time here, food was good as usual. Our server was extremely busy with only 2 people working on the floor and so many customers. She had to work way harder than should be necessary. Too many staff cuts!!
Okay this is the best Swiss chalet I’ve ever been to .. I’m from Toronto and none of them compare to this one ! Foods was so delicious portions were big ! We all left very satisfied !!
