Had a great time at The Rec Room tonight. We went bowling and everything ran really smoothly. Olivia helped us out and she was fantastic—super organized, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. Really solid customer service. Makes a big difference when someone is that good at their job. Will definitely come back.

Giving a 5 star review for 2 reasons. First off, the hostess ensured my kids and I had the best seats to watch the Bills game and then we were served by a gentleman named Dante. We ordered Nachos (as it was the special) and they were indeed quite special. Terrible presentation, zero cheese layering, and the addition of chicken was a train wreck. When Dante became aware of this he immediately offered a solution to another dish however we weren’t interested. Knowing we weren’t...
