Slower than molasses in January. Screwed up my whole day. I ordered first, they served others before me. Then they were out of coffee, out of cream, and I was out of time. I only ordered a coffee.

I revisited this Tim's today. Congrats on your renovations.
My experience was a tarnished when I couldn't find a napkin dispenser. I had to ask a somewhat surly young attendant for some. When I asked if they don't put the dispensers out anymore, I was told it was inconvenient because some people would leave napkins around for the staff to clean up.
1. I suggest you put napkin dispensers out for customers to use

Don't eat or drink at Tim's, but had to take an ungodly poop and their bathrooms were extremely clean
