Tim Hortons' service has been disappointing for some customers. The staff behind the counter work tirelessly and are very kind and welcoming. The managers have consistently shown good customer service and go above and beyond. This Tim's has the fastest drive thru in the city. However, a food handler working at this location was identified as a confirmed case of hepatitis A. Some customers have also encountered issues with food quality, including a breakfast sandwich with unmelting butter and a hashbrown that was rock hard.
