I ordered a large salad with extra cheese, when the employee started prepping the salad I cancelled and requested a refund, due to poor quality lettuce, (brown and black romaine )the employee tried to tell me it was natural browning (no such thing)
asked for a refund was issued a zero dollar refund by the owner who is stating that is how their refunds print, as a sale saying total paid $0.00

 I had the souvlaki wrap tonight at the Quinte mall and it was an absolutely horrible experience, Nick need some lessons on customer service, absolutely rude and his food prep skills were disgraceful as well!!! I will not be back!!!!
The staff are amazing..extremely friendly and always smiling. Nick and the staff are awesome people for the no-waste idea. Outside of this, their portions are well worth the money spent. Thank you for what you do😊

The food is tasty, with delicious falafel wrap and pasta salad. The donair wrap is also enjoyed. The staff are amazing, extremely friendly, and always smiling, even when dealing with rude customers. Nick and the staff are awesome people for the no-waste idea. The portions are well worth the money spent. The atmosphere is a busy food court, but there is also entertainment like an adorable gentleman singing.
