“Unfortunately unable to comment on the food as I was yelled at by an incredibly rude manager! Sorry that you are “out of dogs” but that is not a reason to take your stress out on me as a former customer! Seriously, then to bark at me “come back in 15 min”! Inexcusable, unprofessional behavior. Looks terrible on the company. More training required! I won’t be back.

Just met with a very professional and pleasant manager after correspondence. A sincere apology and made it all right again. This is how it should be. Top notch customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you very much. And thanks for restoring my faith in businesses. I’ll leave the original review but have changed the score to accurately represent my latest interaction.“
