“Unfortunately unable to comment on the food as I was yelled at by an incredibly rude manager! Sorry that you are “out of dogs” but that is not a reason to take your stress out on me as a former customer! Seriously, then to bark at me “come back in 15 min”! Inexcusable, unprofessional behavior. Looks terrible on the company. More training required! I won’t be back.

Just met with a very professional and pleasant manager after correspondence. A sincere apology and made it all right again. This is how it should be. Top notch customer service. Highly recommended.
