Crazy long waits and they were out of a bunch of menu items. 30 minutes plus wait is not fast food.
The food is always fresh and the guys who are working there are very humble.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was great. Don’t listen to the naysayers!

KFC is a decent franchise that serves good quality food, although prices have risen substantially. The restaurant's cleanliness and service are commendable, but the handling of orders can be slow. The seating area is small, but it's rarely crowded. Some customers have been disappointed with the portion sizes, particularly with the chicken pieces, and the quality of sides, such as the macaroni salad. Despite the issues, the restaurant has a clean and pleasant atmosphere. With some improvements in service and food quality, KFC could live up to its "fast food" reputation.
