Crazy long waits and they were out of a bunch of menu items. 30 minutes plus wait is not fast food.
The food is always fresh and the guys who are working there are very humble.

KFC is a decent franchise that serves good quality food, although prices have risen substantially. The restaurant's cleanliness and service are commendable, but the handling of orders can be slow.
