We have never been more embarrassed and humiliated in all of our existence. We are away on a mini family vacation and discovered they have a Mr Puffs location here. We had been to the one in Whitby and had a great experience. Tonight the staff on more less made us feel like we were trying to scam them for $19.65 the transaction said approved on the machine and we showed him the transaction on the banking app to where it shows it came out and they pretty much held the puffs hostage...read full review
My daughter & I visited Mr. Puffs this evening for the first time. We had never been to a Mr. Puffs before, so we asked a few questions to understand the process (so many choices) The staff here were so helpful & patient!
