Nobody answers the phone. Tried calling all night to ask a question and not one person can answer. There is no way they have been busy for hours and hours on end . Where is the customer service ?? This place doesn’t have any
This place is great. The reviews a few years ago don’t make sense to me because they’ve always been rock solid at this location. The owner is a local guy who is active in community charities and that goes a long way with me. We enjoy the good service and the real burgers etc. Can’t imagine how hard it is to work there with how moody people can be these days. Keep up the great work and keep smiling!
You should consider sending tonights staff home. They obviously do not want to be there and should give someone else their position. Teach them how to put drinks in the tray because their incompetence has resulted in orange pop all over my front seat and apparently diet coke sounds like iced tea. It's not hard, it wasn't busy and I don't know why it has to be such a chore to do your job properly and with pride.
