KFC offers fast and friendly service, with the option to order online for quick pickup. Some customers noted that the chicken sizes have decreased over the years. There were suspicions of tip manipulation by the cashier, but overall, the service was efficient. While the food received mixed reviews, one customer highlighted the exceptional customer service provided by an employee named Ron, whose demeanor and enthusiasm left a lasting positive impression. Despite some issues like cleanliness concerns and occasional slow service, many customers still enjoy the fried chicken and appreciate that fresh food is served even near closing time. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with sides like coleslaw adding to the meal. Overall, KFC remains a popular spot for many customers seeking quick, tasty fried chicken.
