“Without question the only place in Bracebridge to get actual proper sourdough bread . There are other bakeries in town (that will remain nameless here...you figure it out) that claim they are selling sourdough bread, but I have tried the other sources, and there is only one authentic producer of proper sourdough and it's The Oven on highway 118 west just on the edge of Bracebridge. Be your own judge.“

“I stopped by this Tim Hortons for a quick bite before a meeting, and I was really impressed with the service—especially from Josiah. He went above and beyond with his in-house hospitality. My order was quite large, and I forgot to include wedges. When I asked if I had ordered them, he said I hadn't but kindly offered to bring some on the house, delivering them right to my table. His promptness and attention to customer care made the dine-in experience excellent. Overall, the speed of service, hospitality, and cleanliness were all top-notch. Great job to the team—and especially to Josiah!“

“Stopped into The Bakery on a whim and ended up having one of the best apple fritters I’ve ever had. Fresh, perfectly glazed, and packed with real apple pieces — absolute perfection. The staff was friendly, the shop smelled incredible, and everything in the display looked amazing.
