“I had the nicest experience here today. I don't usually order lunch at Tim Horton's but was traveling and needed something. I walked through the door and was met by a very welcoming gentlemen, told him I didn't know what to get, he suggested a turkey bacon club and describe it beautifully. I was sold! And then they made me a perfect cappuccino to my liking, not as much milk as most chain places do. I only wish I had asked his name! My order was quite large, and I forgot to include wedges. When I asked if I had ordered them, he said I hadn't but kindly offered to bring some on the house, delivering them right to my table. His promptness and attention to customer care made the dine-in experience excellent. Overall, the speed of service, hospitality, and cleanliness were all top-notch.
