“I had the nicest experience here today. I don't usually order lunch at Tim Horton's but was traveling and needed something. I walked through the door and was met by a very welcoming gentlemen, told him I didn't know what to get, he suggested a turkey bacon club and describe it beautifully. I was sold! And then they made me a perfect cappuccino to my liking, not as much milk as most chain places do. I only wish I had asked his name! But whoever was working Sunday Jan 18th around noon, Thank you for a great experience!“

“Without question the only place in Bracebridge to get actual proper sourdough bread . There are other bakeries in town (that will remain nameless here...you figure it out) that claim they are selling sourdough bread, but I have tried the other sources, and there is only one authentic producer of proper sourdough and it's The Oven on highway 118 west just on the edge of Bracebridge. Be your own judge.“

“I stopped by this Tim Hortons for a quick bite before a meeting, and I was really impressed with the service—especially from Josiah. He went above and beyond with his in-house hospitality. My order was quite large, and I forgot to include wedges. When I asked if I had ordered them, he said I hadn't but kindly offered to bring some on the house, delivering them right to my table. His promptness and attention to customer care made the dine-in experience excellent. Overall, the speed of service, hospitality, and cleanliness were all top-notch. Great job to the team—and especially to Josiah!“
