Go early or order ahead as they do sell out. Also picked up a loaf of multi-grain sour dough bread but too full to try it right now.“

“Visited the Boathouse resort restaurant twice during our stay in Gravenhurst, and it delivered on all fronts. Located in a beautiful gated waterfront community—where you’ll be buzzed in at the front gate—the setting is an absolute 5/5 for both indoor and outdoor dining, making it a fantastic venue for big group events or a resort meal. Just keep in mind that coming from the main parking lot involves a steep set of stairs (which I've included a picture of), though they do offer alternative accessible routes for anyone needing accommodations. Be sure to book reservations ahead because it definitely gets busy!
The food and drinks were top-tier across both of our visits. Their Chicken Parm is a local favorite for good reason; after seeing so many people ordering it around us, I tried it on both nights and it was cooked to perfection each time, easily earning a 5/5. The Espresso Martini was hands down the best we had in the Gravenhurst area—exceptionally creamy with smooth vanilla notes and no bitter edge. We also enjoyed the Calamari, which had great flavor paired with the garlic aioli and Calabrian chili drizzle, though a slightly lighter touch on the oil sauce would make it spot-on. Overall, with 5/5 ratings for drinks, food, and atmosphere alongside a solid 4/5 for service, we will definitely be back.“

“The very first night we stayed at our new home in Bracebridge my husband and I got take out from El Pueblito. It was seriously good food and big portions. We've been raving about it to our out of town visitors ever since.“
