I got dinner for 2, me and a Jamaican friend, on the recommendation of another Jamaican, and ran into an old friend in the parking lot, going here - another Jamaican. My friend and I had a fantastic meal that he said was among the best and freshest he'd had. In short - real Caribbean food, done really well. I will get it again.
Caribbean Flavours is a hidden gem! I tried the doubles, and they were incredibly authentic—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’d expect from great Caribbean food. The pepper shrimp was seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of spice and flavor.
The fried rice and special lo mein were also outstanding. Both dishes were packed with flavor, generously portioned, and cooked perfectly. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here.

The food was fantastic and I wasn’t expecting the portions to be so large. The hot sauce also has a very unique flavour. I’ll be back for lunch for sure
