“This Tim Hortons’s location in Brampton is one of the best, thanks largely to its exceptional staff. The front desk employee, Gursimran, is so humble and courteous that I find myself visiting quite often. The manager, Sachin, is also very polite and understanding. When I had an issue, they listened attentively and resolved it promptly.“

“We go to this time Horton every Wed same order.. and every time we get a sorry. Not sure if it's the headset or if the person is just saying sorry cause she's used to it. But it's annoying so fix the headset or talk to the girl in the morning around 8am Wednesday.“
