“I stopped by 1 Bite recently, and I’m really glad I did. The food here is packed with flavour and feels like it’s made with real care. I tried their burger first — simple, juicy, and genuinely delicious. The Maharaja Burger was the real showstopper though: huge, loaded, and incredibly satisfying.

Their Chicken Pakora was another highlight. Super crispy on the outside, tender inside, and seasoned perfectly. The Paneer Bites were just as impressive — soft, tasty, and full of flavour.

To finish things off, I ordered their masala tea and a shake. Both were excellent. The tea had that perfect balance of spice and warmth, and the shake was rich and refreshing.

Overall, 1 Bite is a great spot if you’re looking for flavourful food and generous portions. Definitely worth checking out.“

The food was absolutely outstanding – every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. “I often visit this place & the food is amazingly good and delicious. Staff is really friendly and can accommodate specific requests. Chowmein is tasty. Momo’s are little small but overall taste is good. I must recommend their tea, i am very selective in tea taste, but i love to have it there. I have visited other locations of their chain but this one is best!“

“I was a vendor this year at Kempenfest 2025. Monday evening it was finally slow enough for me to go for a walk and look around the festival. I wanted something to drink and asked Curbside Dogs if I could have an orange pop. The lady in the food truck said she couldn't charge me for the pop because the time for their food permit expired as they were packing up (I did not realize the food trucks had different close times than us art vendors). She politely told me I could have the pop, no charge! I was so thankful and it made my evening even better. Thank you for caring Curbside Dogs!“

“The Mighty Cob is a great place to be. They provide great food options and and know about allergies, whish is rare. Nothing Beats a freshly roasted corn on the cob! Great for festivals and catering!“

“Fantastic place with comfortable wooden seating benches, pillows along the windows seating, eclectic posters and decor and buzzy but not overtly loud or obnoxious convo happening. Although £12 for my lentil burger made me blanche, the generous sides of salad and housemade slaw (I asked for no fries nor burger bun) made it all worth it. There’s so much on the plate I boxed half for home (I had drank a smoothie before I had arrived here). The slaw in particular is divine: it doesn’t have that gross mayo gloppiness I usually despise. It’s quite fresh. There’s a lovely vinaigrette on the greens and the burger has a moreish artichoke sauce. The staff is friendly as are the customers; dog-friendly too!“

I was able to go and try their Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich today and it was great. 10 out of 10, the steak melted in your mouth and the veggies and cheese were cooked to perfection. “My company hired an Everest Ice Cream Truck for a company party. They can serve quickly for large groups, and offered a decent selection: ice cream cone, ice cream sandwich, popsicles and slushes. I would recommend checking them out if you're planning on hosting a party in the summer.“
