This is the only location I trust and really enjoy eating from. My only complaint is they don't deliver by uber or skip you have to pick up order. Please consider uber eats.
I am writing to commend the exceptional service I recently received at your Pizza Nova location situated at 400 Steeles Avenue East, Brampton. Pizza Nova is a great spot for fresh and hot pizza slices, located nearby at Kennedy and Steeles Road in Brampton. The staff is good and cooperative, knowing how to make a pizza well, even if they are not open late. They sell pizza in slices, including Veggie and Canadian options, at reasonable prices. The dine-in area has tables and chairs, providing a nice space for customers, although neatness still needs to be maintained well.
Despite a previous encounter with a rude lady at the counter, the pizza slice was good. On Christmas Eve, the restaurant provided excellent customer service, delivering the order faster than promised. The food was very good, the pop was nicely chilled, and the dip was sealed for convenience. Recently, a customer enjoyed delicious pizza and wings and appreciated the manager's help when a mistake was made with their order. The manager was friendly and professional, taking the time to ensure everything was corrected. Overall, Pizza Nova offers a perfect experience with no complaints.
