I’ve always enjoyed the service at this Starbucks, even during busy rush hours when I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order. The staff has always been patient and understanding. However, today was the first time I was refused a request for a cup of water while I waited. I was told I’d have to wait until my order was ready, which felt a bit unreasonable. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s usually pretty busy and the staff is pretty nice. I will say, though however I find it ridiculous that I ordered a drink and it was filled nearly to the top with ice when I first got it. After about five sips from it, the drink was done and there was still more than half a cup of ice.They explained to me that it’s pre measured already, and that I need to request light ice next time, so I guess that’s on me. I recently visited the Starbucks located inside BBC and had a great experience. Despite the usual long lines, the staff managed to serve everyone quickly and efficiently. I always enjoy trying the seasonal drinks, and their pastry items never disappoint. Karthi, who served us, was particularly friendly and attentive, making the visit even more pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
