The wait time on a Friday evening was more than 20 mins, just to serve 3 customers ahead of us. Seemed like, there was a shortage of skilled employees who could independently serve the customers. There was only one lady employee who had to attend to all the stages of servicing.
Bought a cake here just before closing for fathers day and the cake was spoiled! The chocolate layer was sour. However, I was able to return the spoiled cake and they provided me with a new one that was freshly made.

I asked for Chocolate Chip Cookie dough Blizzard, the employee made Chocolate Dip Strawberry. When I said we asked for Chocolate Chip she said no you ordered this. I was taken aback by this and said no I didn't. Then she just looked at me. Since there was a long line and only one employee, and I hate confrontations I took the Blizzard and left. But working on customer service would be appreciated. She could have apologized for the mistake.
