The fried rice was overkilled with onion and pineapple was barely used in it. I requested thai chicken on it and the chicken was very rubbery and tough, along with very bland. I always buy the same food item from different locations and they all taste great aside from this one.
This place is understaffed 11 times out of 10....or at least every time I come here...always a 30 minute wait because there is only one guy to cook and take orders...food is ok, but come on.

Been to many Thai express locations before. This one takes the lead for being the worst. First thing is they took 20 mins to make my order when I was promised 10 mins (which is way too long for “express”) and than the topper was they had no lime. Guys pad Thai everywhere you go comes with lime. It’s like having a burger with no buns. Anyway it seemed like they were definitely under staffed and not skilled in making the dishes.
