So I was at Tim Hortons at County Court Blvd and Steele. Person taking my order at the cash, sneezed 3 times. I asked her to wash her hands before picking my donuts (as they do not wear gloves). She refused stating she sneezed in her sleeves. I said to her, regardless, if a customer is asking you to wash your hand after sneezing, you should do so. She still refused. Then another team member comes over and told her she didn’t have to wash her hands.

Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant. The parking lot has ample parking, always. This Tim Hortons has nice cozy booths and large windows. The morning Drive Thru staff are the absolute best, impressive with their efficiency and friendliness. Customers have been getting an excellent experience, with attentive staff who take the time to make drinks exactly as wanted. The coffee is perfect – rich, flavorful, and just right. Customers are encouraged to request cleaning when needed. Shivam is a fantastic Afternoon Supervisor, polite and helpful. The Turkish Sandwich is absolutely delicious!
