Went through the drive-thru yesterday and was so impressed with how quick everything was. I grabbed my go-to….a cheese croissant, and it was fresh, just the way I love it. The coffee was honestly one of the best brews I’ve had in a bit, smooth and delicious. One of my favorite spots in Brantford! Thanks, Tim’s!
I’ve never seen anyone wipe the smile off their face right after they see their customer and reply your thank you with a flat out “alright”. I was in a drive-through, the person in the intercom was very nice so I was disappointed when the person who handed out my food was not. I don’t normally write bad reviews but that really shocked me, don’t know if that’s because I’m Asian…
It's usually a decent atmosphere. There is ALWAYS a sense of urgency amongst the customers whom crave caffeinated beverages and sweets. But it reminds me that we all are in this together :) The service has been on the decline for many years. Could be the rising cost of living and small (if any) increases in wages. If you're canadian you probably understand what's been happening for the last 15 years or so. All that being said, Tim Hortons continues to be a staple...
