Wendy's in Brantford

“If you’re anywhere near Paris, Ontario, and craving a quick, satisfying meal, look no further than this Wendy’s!

I stopped by on a road trip and was honestly so impressed. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-kept the entire place was. From the parking lot to the dining area, everything was spotless. It gave a really welcoming first impression.

The staff here are fantastic — friendly, upbeat, and really attentive. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in, and the cashier patiently helped me decide on a combo when I couldn’t make up my mind (always a struggle at Wendy’s because everything looks so good!).

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with fries and a Frosty, and it was delicious. The chicken was crispy and had the perfect amount of heat without being overwhelming. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and added a nice crunch. The fries were hot and perfectly salted — you can tell they were freshly made. And of course, the Frosty was the perfect creamy treat to finish it all off.

I also noticed how quickly the service moved. Even though it was busy with a steady stream of customers, the orders were coming out fast, and everyone seemed happy with their food. That efficiency made it an even better experience.

The dining area felt comfortable and inviting, making it a great spot to sit down and relax for a bit before getting back on the road. They also kept the condiment station tidy and well-stocked, which is always a nice touch.

Overall, this Wendy’s location really stands out. The combination of fresh, tasty food, outstanding service, and a super clean environment made for a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be stopping here again the next time I pass through Paris. Highly recommend!“

“Not sure what happened to this Wendy’s. For the longest time their food was served hot. Now it’s barely Luke warm. The burgers are Luke warm to cold. Condiments are ice cold and the buns are cold. What happened to hot and juicy. Burgers are so dry. I’m a big fan of Wendy’s but you guys need to do better. Where did the burgers go from 30 years ago. They were fabulous!“

“Never have had a problem coming here for food. Friendly staff, fast service and great food. Honestly my 3 year old son loves wendys more than mcdonalds! Toys are more educational and fun 😊

Kid-friendliness: Easy cheeseburgers just cheese and ketchup with the pattie. Which is the best for a kid. I find mcdonalds too complicated and the toys are great for kids. A month ago or two they were play dough and now it's crayons, great for our art time at home!“
