This particular Tim Horton's is by far my favourite place to get good service, friendly staff and speedy turnaround. they certainly need more staff but I realise that is the problem everywhere nowadays.
Today I decided to go into Tim Hortons rather than go through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised !! I had Alex greet me when I first walked in and I was overly impressed by this young gentleman. He went above and beyond in his service by being very personable, friendly, and on the ball. I will definitely be back !

They had to turn on a loud machine to clean it, and he came over to let us know as we were enjoying our conversation. I thought that was very considerate. He was also on top of providing substitutions for buns that were unavailable.
